To make your first withdrawal, you must verify your account.

Steps to verify your account

If you created your account through Google Login, your account is already verified!


  1. Click on your Photo or Profile icon in the top right corner of the screen
  2. Select Profile
  3. Click on Settings (a gear icon) 
  4. Select the Verification tab
  5. Click on Send Verification Code to have a code sent to the registered email (If the registered email is not correct, please open a ticket or send an email to [email protected])
  6. Enter the verification code in the Enter Code field and click on Verify

That's it! Your account is verified and you can request withdrawals!
